Deanna Tiberi has been serving at Real Life Community Church since 2020 and has had the privilege of being the Lead Pastor to Real Life Community Church since 2022. Pastor Dee has her Minister credentials through the Assemblies of God. 

Pastor Dee’s heart is to see everyone begin a relationship with Jesus Christ and continue the path of growing closer with Him. She believes every follower of Christ is a minister of God in the area that He has placed them. Her goal is to provide applicable teaching and preaching to equip the body of Christ to minister outside of the church in the place that the Lord has positioned them.

She has a personal passion for life changing effective prayer, based on God’s Word, as well as the unwavering faith in what God says, to see His will accomplished through prayer.

God has given the “CHARGE” to Real Life Community Church from Joshua chapter 1 to be strong and courageous as we go out of our church to minister, setting our feet on the land in Middletown, Odessa, Townsend, and surrounding areas expanding His Kingdom, as well as supporting other ministries.

Pastor Carissa has had the privilege of serving at RLCC Church since May 2020.  

Pastor Carissa graduated from the University of Valley Forge, receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Ministry Leadership (Specializing in Worship). In April of 2022, Carissa received her license as a credentialed minister through the Assembly of God. Her heart and passion is to see God's spirit move mightily in the church through worship, the word, and everyone! Carissa believes that no matter what age you are, God can still use you, and she implements this both while leading worship on Sunday mornings and leading the youth of RLCC.

RLCC is blessed with a ministry team of credentialed pastors that desire the Holy Spirit to move in people's hearts as they preach the word of God. Each pastor preaches Sunday mornings on a rotation once a month. The Ministry team desires to equip each person with the Word of God in order to see people go deeper in their walk with God, and spread the love of Christ to the world near and far, wherever the Lord leads them.
